The Learning Experience in Indiana is seeking a Preschool Assistant Teacher to create a safe and engaging classroom environment for preschool children. You will implement the LEAP curriculum, support children's growth, and build strong relationships with families and staff.

Ideal candidates have an associate degree or higher in ECE (or equivalent) and a genuine passion for teaching young children. A high school diploma/GED is also acceptable with dedication and creativity.

Qualifications

• Must have at least six months of professional teaching experience (required).
• One year of professional teaching experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Create a safe, nurturing, and engaging learning environment for children.
• Implement the proprietary L.E.A.P curriculum using engaging characters.
• Build relationships with families and colleagues to foster a playful learning environment.
• Communicate regularly with parents about their children's progress through apps and discussions.
