The Learning Experience - Staten Island, NY is hiring an Assistant Preschool Teacher to support Lead Teachers in a nurturing daycare setting serving infants through age 5. The role offers full-time or part-time options with hours 8-5 or 9-6, based on needs and experience.

Join a brand-new center with a family-oriented team and opportunities for advancement in early childhood education. Starting pay is $18–$20 per hour, depending on experience.

Formación

• 1+ year of childcare, daycare, or preschool experience required.
• High school diploma required; or early childhood education a plus.
• CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain) preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Support Lead Teachers in a preschool/daycare classroom.
• Help create a safe, nurturing childcare environment.
• Assist with daily routines, activities, and supervision.
• Maintain a clean, organized classroom.
• Build positive relationships with children and families.
