The Learning Experience® – Staten Island, NY is hiring a Lead Teacher for our young preschool classroom Ages 3 to 4. Join our brand-new childcare center in Staten Island, New York and grow your career in early childhood education with a nationally recognized leader in daycare and preschool programs.

You’ll lead the classroom, mentor assistants, manage daily routines, and communicate with families about child progress while ensuring safety and well-being of all children.

Competenze

• 1–2 years of preschool, daycare, or childcare teaching experience.
• Bachelor's Degree or 90 credits of Early Childhood Education (or currently on a Study Plan in Education).
• Knowledge of early childhood education and DAP.
• Strong leadership and classroom management skills.
• CPR/First Aid (or willingness to obtain).
