What You’ll Do:

+ Support the lead teacher in creating a warm, engaging, and safe space where children feel secure and excited to explore.
+ Help prepare and organize the classroom, ensuring materials are ready for hands-on learning.
+ Use your keen observation skills to support children’s social-emotional growth and guide them with patience and care.
+ Model positive communication and help children develop confidence in their interactions.
+ Assist with daily routines, classroom management, and outdoor play while ensuring safety at all times.
