Job summary

Learning Grove in Cincinnati and Northern Kentucky is looking for an Assistant Teacher to help create engaging, play-based learning environments for children aged 6 weeks to 6 years, while supporting lead teachers and building strong relationships with families.

You will help track child development, engage families, and maintain a safe, nurturing classroom. The role involves collaborating with staff to meet high-quality standards and participating in ongoing training and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Experience with young children preferred.
• Strong communication, teamwork, and classroom management skills.
• Commitment to equity, inclusion and confidentiality.
