With over 40 years of dedicated service, our centers nurture children ages 6 weeks through 6 years in beautiful, high-quality classrooms. In this role, you will work alongside lead teachers and center directors to bring dynamic learning plans to life. Using the principles of Constructivist Theory and a focus on social-emotional learning, you will help create an engaging, safe, and stimulating environment that supports the critical developmental stages of our young learners.

Job Requirements

1. Education & Experience:
   1. Minimum of a High School Diploma or GED.
   2. Prior experience working with young children in an educational setting is preferred.
   3. Completion of a State Approved Orientation for Child Care Providers with consistent daily implementation and support from the Director/Assistant Director.
2. Skills & Abilities:
   1. Proficient in classroom management using positive redirection, problem-solving, setting appropriate limits, and active listening.
   2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to foster effective parent communications and team collaboration.
   3. Commitment to upholding equity, diversity, and inclusivity in education.
   4. Ability to maintain confidentiality regarding program, families, children, and staff.
3. Physical Demands:
   1. Ability to sit, stand, walk, bend, and lift objects up to 20 pounds.
