Qualifications

• Must be 18+ and meet state licensing requirements.
• Degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or related field.
• 2–3 years of licensed childcare or early education experience.

• A collaborative, solutions-focused mindset and genuine passion for developing others.
• Authorization to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Support the Principal in staffing, family communication, and compliance.
• Act as on-site leader when Principal is out.
• Partner with teachers to strengthen classroom quality and curriculum.
• Step into the classroom to support instructional coverage or projects.
• Foster a warm, inclusive culture for children and staff.
• Participate in leadership development for future Principal roles.
