The ideal candidate has leadership experience in early childhood settings, strong communication skills, and a commitment to ongoing school improvement and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in early childhood education or leadership field.
• Minimum one year teaching; three+ years preferred.
• Three+ years in education administration preferred.
• Meets state education, licensing and certification requirements.
• Strong leadership, communication and organizational skills.
• Pass federal and state background checks.

Responsibilities

• Lead the school administration team and support daily operations.
• Support implementation of the Spring Education Curriculum.
• Observe teachers, give feedback, foster professional culture.
• Maintain a safe, welcoming, engaging school environment.
• Assist enrollment, family engagement and local marketing.
• Build relationships with staff, families, and community.
• Support staff development and accreditation processes.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state and local regulations.
