Job summary

Chesterbrook Academy in Roseville, PA seeks an Assistant Principal dedicated to early childhood education and ready to grow into a future school leader. This hands-on role blends classroom presence with administrative responsibilities to support daily operations and family engagement.

You’ll mentor teachers, help shape curriculum, cover instructional needs when required, and participate in leadership development to advance toward a Principal role.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age and meet state licensing requirements.
• Degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or related field required.
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a licensed childcare or early education setting.
• Strong communication, organization, and relationship-building skills.
• Authorization to work in the United States.
