The Learning Experience - Bushwick is looking for a Infant/Toddler and a Preschool Teacher to join our team!
Do you have at least 90 credits in Early Childhood Education or a related field (e.g., Education) and are enrolled in a Bachelor’s program or higher, or do you hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s in Early Childhood Education? We are ready to meet with you!
Pay: $21 - $28 per hour
Hours: Full Time

- Lead, coach, and mentor less experienced teachers in your classroom; model behaviors and provide feedback.
- Be responsible for overall classroom management, leading a safe, nurturing, and engaging learning environment.
- Serve as a role model, using a growth mindset to develop young minds and inspire a love of learning.
- Implement our proprietary L.E.A.P. Curriculum, working with Infants, Toddlers, and/or Preschool children, tailored to each child's needs.
- Create a safe, nurturing environment where children can play and learn.
- Communicate regularly with parents, sharing children’s latest adventures and achievements through various channels, including mobile apps and personal discussions.
- Support your center’s success, partnering with staff and leadership to achieve enrollment and engagement goals.
- Build relationships with families and coworkers to foster a dynamic environment of play and learning.

- Have demonstrated knowledge of working with children and early childcare.
- Possess a high school diploma or GED (Assistant teachers).

- Have CPR and First Aid Certification (preferred).
