Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic School in University City is seeking a full-time Preschool Aide to support our three- and four-year-old classrooms beginning in January 2027 for the 2026–2027 school year. Our growing school serves more than 325 students in preschool through eighth grade.

Qualifications

• Experience working with young children or assisting in a classroom preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Dependable, flexible, and able to work collaboratively as part of a team.

• Commitment to supporting the mission and values of Catholic education.

Responsibilities

• Assist the lead teacher with daily classroom activities, lessons, and routines.
• Supervise children and help maintain a safe, nurturing, and engaging learning environment.
• Support students' social, emotional, and developmental growth.
• Assist with classroom preparation, organization, and cleanup.
• Help students with daily needs, including transitions, hygiene, and snacks.
• Collaborate with teachers and staff to support student learning and success.
