Qualifications

• Experience with preschool-aged children preferred.
• Familiarity with principles of Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA) strongly preferred.
• Physical ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs as part of daily duties.

Responsibilities

• Apply ABA teaching, communication, and reinforcement techniques consistently.
• Accurately complete required documentation and data collection daily.
• Work with an individual student to reinforce learning per IEP/treatment plan.
• Assist in classroom routines including snack, lunch, and bathroom.
• Participate in in-service trainings and welcome feedback on performance.
