Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree with graduation date after Dec 2027.
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. indefinitely; employer sponsorship not available for this position.
• Excellent communications skills and ability to present complex topics to non-technical audiences.
• Experience working with customers is desirable.
• Knowledge in radio systems, radio propagation, RF, wireless, microwave, and/or networking desirable.
• Experience/ Knowledge of communications networks (MPLS, Ethernet, TCP/IP) desirable.
• Certifications through CCNA, CompTIA, and/ or Amateur Radio/HAM desirable.

Responsibilities

• Develop technical strategies and generate proposals with sales, product development, and project management to present Motorola's solution.
• Coordinate design and planning of customer solutions and provide pre-sales technical support.
• Involves coverage and antenna site selection, frequency planning, interference analysis, system architecture design, equipment selection and proposals.
• Involved in implementation of these solutions as originally conceived.
• Take responsibility for all technical aspects from award to system acceptance.
• Includes implementation planning, system acceptance testing, coverage testing, and system staging.
• Keep sales professionals and customers up to date on Motorola Solutions’ latest technology offerings.
