Job summary

UKG is seeking a Presales Solution Consultant to join our dynamic team. You will work closely with sales to understand customer needs, demonstrate our HR, Pay, and Workforce Management solutions, and craft tailored demonstrations that drive business outcomes.

In this role you will present to business and technical stakeholders, manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, and travel up to 25% as required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in Presales, Solution Consulting, Sales Engineering, Professional Services or Sales in a customer-facing technology role.
• Experience presenting software solutions to business and technical stakeholders, including product demonstrations, discovery sessions, and solution presentations.
• Strong consultative and problem-solving skills with the ability to understand customer business challenges and align technology solutions to business outcomes.
• Ability to travel up to 25% as required.

Basic Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in Presales, Solution Consulting, Sales Engineering, Professional Services or Sales in a customer-facing technology role.
• Experience presenting software solutions to business and technical stakeholders, including product demonstrations, discovery sessions, and solution presentations.
• Strong consultative and problem-solving skills with the ability to understand customer business challenges and align technology solutions to business outcomes.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels of an organization.
• Ability to travel up to 25% as required.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in Human Capital Management (HCM), Payroll, Time & Attendance, Workforce Management, HR Service Delivery, or related enterprise software solutions.
• Experience with UKG Ready

The base salary for this position is $80,800 - 116,150 annually, with the opportunity to significantly increase total earnings through a performance-based incentive compensation plan. The plan may provide for the payment of commissions and restricted stock unit awards as part of total compensation.
