A global payment solutions company based in Atlanta is looking for a solution consultant. This role requires 3-5 years of experience in solution consulting and project management within the fintech domain. You will work closely with the sales team and partner with external stakeholders to validate requirements and propose suitable solutions. A deep understanding of payment solutions is essential. This position offers in-depth exposure to the fintech industry and a global role.

Primary Responsibilities

• Work closely with the sales team during the pre-sales and technical pre-sales cycle.
• Understand the merchant and payin partners' needs and propose suitable solutions using the company's product.
• Gather the partner's requirements, validate the use cases, and confirm the project scope before handing it over to the inbound onboarding team.
• Perform market research to become knowledgeable about our industry and competitors.
• Be an expert on our different products at Thunes

What we are looking for

• 3 - 5 years of experience in solution consulting, and technical project management with external stakeholders.
• Deep understanding of payment and merchant solutions in the fintech domain.
• Good communication skills and ability to:

• Translation of a need/requirement to the product team.
