Job summary

4flow, Inc., an American company with strong German roots, is seeking a Presales Consultant to join the optaire by 4flow team, our AI-native logistics platform for supply chain planning and execution.

You’ll partner with sales and prospective customers across all stages of the sales cycle—leading discovery conversations, designing tailored solutions, and demonstrating the value of optaire in solving complex supply chain challenges.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in presales, solutions consulting, or solution engineering.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills; ability to translate complex solutions into business value.
• Strong understanding of supply chain processes (transportation, warehousing, trade compliance, order management).

Responsibilities

• Prepare and execute customer product demonstrations at various stages of the sales process.
• Design tailored demos aligned with customer needs using our logistics and supply chain products.
• Deliver compelling product demonstrations, presentations, and proofs-of-concepts to executive and technical stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Sales to qualify opportunities and understand customer challenges and technical environments.
• Translate customer needs into solution requirements and bridge sales, products, and other groups.
• Scope and support execution of customer POCs and engagements through full sales lifecycle.
• Define and establish clear business value metrics and KPIs with customers.
• Support RFP/RFI responses with clear technical and functional content.
• Provide market feedback on product roadmap.
• Contribute to process improvements for Presales frameworks.
