Job summary

Mint Cannabis is seeking a Packaging Team Member in Michigan to support preroll production. Responsibilities include grinding and handling cannabis flower, filling and packing prerolls, and inspecting products for quality and consistency.

You will label, package, and stage items in compliance with state rules and company policies while maintaining a clean, controlled environment. You must follow SOPs, track data in required systems, and work flexible hours including weekends.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Michigan background check required.
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and standard operating procedures.
• Strong attention to detail and hand-eye coordination.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift to 50 pounds.
• Ability to perform repetitive tasks for extended periods.
• Ability to work in a production environment with varying temperatures and humidity levels.
• Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends as needed.
• Manufacturing, production, or cannabis experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare cannabis flower for pre-roll production, including grinding and material handling in accordance with company standards
• Fill, weigh, and pack pre-rolls to meet quality and consistency expectations
• Inspect pre-rolls for uniformity, appearance, and structural integrity
• Label, package, and stage finished products in compliance with state regulations and company procedures
• Maintain strict compliance with all state regulations, security protocols, and company policies
• Accurately track and record product data using required systems
• Follow sanitation procedures to maintain a clean, organized, and controlled production environment
• Support team productivity and workflow to meet daily and weekly production goals
