Job summary

Agri-Genesis is seeking a detail-oriented Pre-Roll Production Technician to join its cannabis production team. You will prepare flower, fill and pack pre-rolls, and inspect products to ensure quality and compliance with state regulations.

In a fast-paced facility, you will track product data, follow sanitation procedures, and support daily and weekly production goals. The role requires 21+ and eligibility for Missouri Medical Marijuana ID; prior cannabis experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Eligible to obtain a Missouri Medical Marijuana Agent Identification Card.
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and standard operating procedures.
• Strong attention to detail and hand-eye coordination.

Responsibilities

• Prepare cannabis flower for pre-roll production, including grinding and material handling.
• Fill, weigh, and pack pre-rolls to meet quality and consistency expectations.
• Inspect pre-rolls for uniformity, appearance, and structural integrity.
• Label, package, and stage finished products in compliance with state regulations and company procedures.
• Maintain strict compliance with all state regulations, security protocols, and company policies.
• Accurately track and record product data using required systems.
• Follow sanitation procedures to maintain a clean, organized production environment.
• Support team productivity and workflow to meet daily and weekly production goals.
