Bloom MT in Helena, MT is seeking focused, production-driven Pre-Roll Production Crewmembers to join our manufacturing team. You will prepare, fill, roll, weigh, package and label pre-rolled cannabis products in a fast-paced setting, ensuring quality, safety, and regulatory compliance.

Ideal candidates have strong attention to detail, reliability, and can work well in a team. Prior cannabis or production experience is a plus, with opportunities for growth in Montana’s leading cannabis company.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED equivalent required.
• Previous manufacturing, production, or cannabis experience is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity.
• Reliable, punctual and team-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, fill, roll, and finish pre-rolls according to quality standards.
• Weigh and quality-check pre-rolls for accuracy and consistency.
• Package and label products in compliance with state regulations.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary production workspace.
• Follow SOPs, safety protocols, and compliance requirements.
• Meet daily/weekly production targets and report issues.
