Job summary

Amherst Label, part of Inovar Packaging Group, seeks a full-time Pre-Press Technician in Milford, NH. You will prepare customer files for Flexographic and Digital printing, ensuring accuracy through preflight, proofreading, and barcode checks.

collaboration with management and production teams is essential in a fast-paced environment. The role requires a minimum 1 year of Prepress experience, a relevant Associate degree or equivalent, and strong Adobe Creative Suite skills.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in graphic arts or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, Acrobat).
• Experience with Microsoft Excel and Outlook.
• Strong time management and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent communication and client-focused attitude.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Prepare customer files for Flexographic and Digital printing, including trapping, stepping, and distortion.
• Perform preflight on customer files to ensure accuracy.
• Maintain clear communication with Management, Prepress, Production, and Customer Service teams.
• Proofread all content for spelling, grammar, punctuation, and consistency.
• Conduct barcode verification to uphold quality standards.
• Order and manage storage of Flexographic Plates.
