Job summary

Resource Label Group is seeking a Prepress Operator to ensure artwork accuracy across Flexo, Digital, Litho and packaging platforms. The role involves preparing files to exact print specifications and delivering proofs that align with customer expectations.

You will preflight and adjust customer artwork, trap colors, and coordinate with production scheduling while maintaining color integrity using Esko and related tools. A strong Mac/Adobe skillset and attention to detail are essential.

Qualifications

• Degree or diploma in Graphics or Printing preferred.
• Minimum 3 years in print/label/packaging industry.
• Strong color management and file preparation skills.
• Experience with Esko and Mac-based workflow is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare artwork files for multiple print platforms per specs.
• Preflight and adjust customer files for accuracy.
• Coordinate file delivery to production per scheduling.
• Maintain SOPs and participate in process improvements.
• Ensure safety and equipment readiness.
