The company also excels in many other types of reinforced plastics including interior sandwich panels for creating structures such as aircraft galleys and bulkheads, honeycomb core and related products.

The Gill Corporation is seeking a Prepreg Operator Trainee who will set up and operate the work center. Prepares all necessary equipment and performs material testing.

Responsibilities

• Set up all equipment needed.
• Test and records all data needed to run product.
• Runs material.
• Reviews and monitors material for quality issues.
• Tests material and records data
• Identifies material with identification tags.
• Keep work area clean and safe.
• Must be available any shift, overtime, and weekends.

Shift Requirement and Compensation for this role

2nd Shift 2:00pm - 10:30pm, including OT & Weekends

Required Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma, GED or equivalency
• Must have English reading and verbal communication skills sufficient to read, understand and communicate the company operating procedures and policies.
• Must be able to lift, push and pull a minimum of 50 lbs.
• Must be able to demonstrate math proficiency equal to or greater than required for the position applied.
• Must be available to work the shift specified by the position and be flexible to potential overtime on weekends/ holidays.
• Acceptable Spirometry Test results (full/ half respirator use).
