Qualifications

• 12+ months retail experience.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to use ladders and operate heavy equipment as needed.

Responsibilities

• Oversees and delegates tasks to Prepared Foods Team Members.
• Trains Team Members with trainer to build a high-performance team.
• Keeps cases and shelves clean, stocked, and rotated.
• Opens and closes department according to procedures.
• Provides timely performance evaluations and supports team morale.
• Maintains customer flow awareness and delivers courteous service.
