Responsibilities

• Supervises and delegates tasks to Prepared Foods Team Members.
• Trains Team Members to build a high-performance team and minimize turnover.
• Keeps cases and shelves clean, stocked, and rotated.
• Opens and closes department according to procedures.
• Ensures breaks are provided and communicates team concerns to leadership.
• Sets high standards of retail execution and customer satisfaction.
• Drives teamwork, morale, and positive store image.
• Provides performance evaluations and development coaching.
