Qualifications

• 24+ months retail experience including 12+ months of team leadership experience.
• Food safety certification or willingness to complete within 6 months.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to monitor sales, labor, and inventory targets.
• Experience in merchandising and product assortment management.

Responsibilities

• Holds ATLs, supervisors and Team Members accountable for delivering outstanding customer service.

• Trains, mentors, and counsels Team Members to sustain high performance.
• Provides timely performance evaluations.
