Whole Foods Market is seeking team members to support Prepared Foods by preparing, labeling, and stocking products while ensuring food safety and quality standards. You will interact with customers, explain differences between products, and help maintain clean, organized departments.

• Thorough product knowledge.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds.
• Ability to stand 6-8 hours per day.

Responsabilités

• Assists with production for all Prepared Foods venues.
• Ensures all prepared foods are labeled, dated, initialed, covered, and rotated.
• Ensures product meets WFM quality and preparation guidelines.
• Documents waste and spoilage using appropriate forms.
• Uses correct measuring devices and follows recipes.
• Helps customers understand differences between WFM and conventional stores.
• Keeps walk-ins and freezers clean and well-organized.
• Arrives on time, groomed, ready to work, and attends trainings.
• Provides excellent customer service and uses suggestive selling techniques; answers phones promptly.
• Maximizes sales through proper prepping, storing, rotating, stocking, and merchandising.
• Follows procedures for weights, measures, health, sanitation, and safety.
• Maintains a clean, sanitary work/shopping environment and equipment.
• Performs opening, mid, and closing duties; ensures pricing accuracy.
• Reports safety hazards and violations promptly.
