Job summary

Whole Foods Market in Wayne, PA is seeking a Team Member to support the Prepared Foods team with preparation, counter service, sanitation, and stocking. You will provide courteous, friendly service and help maintain store SOPs while collaborating on floor duties and participating in required trainings.

Responsibilities include cutting and serving hot and cold foods, sampling products, stocking displays, rotating stock, and assisting with inventory and price accuracy.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift 50 pounds.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Cuts, prepares, and serves a variety of hot and cold foods.
• Samples products to customers.
• Stocks hot and cold cases and displays with prepared foods.
• Checks in-stock product dates to ensure freshness and rotates when necessary.
• Assists Team Leader in organizing and displaying volume and seasonal items.
• Completes spoilage, sampling, temperature, and sweep worksheets as required.
• Arrives to work station on time, groomed and ready to work; works all scheduled shifts.
• Provides excellent customer service and uses suggestive selling techniques.
