Whole Foods Market IP. L.P. in Wayne, NJ seeks an entry-level Team Member to support the Prepared Foods department by preparing, stocking, and serving customers.

You will follow SOPs, maintain clean work areas, and work with team members to deliver quality products and a positive store image. This role requires reliable attendance, ability to lift up to 50 pounds, and flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Previous retail or food service experience is helpful but not required.
• Ability to follow recipes and maintain product quality.
• Strong multitasking and time management in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Assist with production for all Prepared Foods venues.
• Ensure all prepared foods are properly labeled, dated, initialed, covered, and rotated.
• Maintain product quality according to WFM guidelines.
• Document waste and spoilage using appropriate forms.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of walk-ins and freezers.
• Provide excellent customer service and assist customers on the floor.
• Support merchandising, stocking, and signage accuracy.
• Follow health, safety, and sanitation procedures.
