• Follow recipes and use correct measuring devices.
• Provide customer guidance on WFM products versus competitors.
• Keep walk-ins and freezers clean and organized.
• Attend shifts on time and participate in trainings and meetings.
• Deliver excellent service and use suggestive selling techniques.
• Maintain pricing accuracy and signage; report safety hazards.
