Qualifications

• Customer service: provide courteous, friendly, efficient service to customers and Team Members.
• Food handling: prepare, label, date, rotate and stock prepared foods per guidelines.
• Teamwork: work with on-floor teams and support store programs.
• Communication: clearly convey information to customers, vendors and Team Members.
• Safety & sanitation: follow SOPs and maintain clean, safe work environment.

Responsibilities

• Assists with production for all Prepared Foods venues and ensures proper labeling, dating, and rotation.
• Ensures product meets WFM guidelines for quality and preparation.
• Documents waste and spoilage using appropriate forms.
• Provides excellent customer service and uses suggestive selling techniques.
• Maintains clean, organized walk-ins and freezers and adheres to safety standards.
• Performs opening, mid, and closing duties and verifies signs and pricing.
