Whole Foods Market in Newtonville, MA is seeking Team Members to support preparation, counter service, sanitation, and stocking of Ready Foods. You will provide courteous, friendly service and follow store SOPs while upholding WFM core values and health and safety regulations.

No prior retail experience is required. You must be able to lift 50 pounds, stand 6–8 hours, and work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsabilidades

• Assists with production for all Prepared Foods venues.
• Ensures all prepared foods are labeled, dated, initialed, covered, and rotated.
• Ensures products meet WFM guidelines for quality and preparation.
• Documents waste and spoilage using appropriate forms.
• Uses correct measuring devices and follows recipes.
• Helps customers understand differences between WFM products and conventional stores.
• Keeps walk-ins and freezers clean and organized.
• Provides excellent customer service and answers phones promptly.
