Qualifications

• No prior retail experience required.
• Ability to follow recipes and maintain labeling standards.
• Capacity to lift up to 50 pounds and work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Assists with production for all Prepared Foods venues.
• Ensures all prepared foods are labeled, dated, initialed, covered and rotated.
• Maintains quality and safety standards per WFM guidelines.
• Documents waste and spoilage as required.
• Adheres to recipes and uses correct measuring devices.
• Provides excellent customer service and supports suggestive selling.
• Keeps walk-ins and freezers clean and organized.
• Arrives on time, groomed, and prepared for scheduled shifts.
• Answers phones and assists customers promptly and courteously.
