Job summary

Whole Foods Market Irvine is seeking a team member for prepared foods support, counter service, and stocking. You will keep products labeled, dated, rotated, and fresh while delivering friendly, knowledgeable service to customers and fellow Team Members.

The role emphasizes safety, sanitation, and adherence to SOPs in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities include assisting on the floor, maintaining clean workstations, and participating in trainings and meetings as required.

Qualifications

• No prior retail experience required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical duties.
• Able to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Assist with production for all Prepared Foods venues.
• Ensure proper labeling, dating, and rotation of products.
• Maintain cleanliness of walk‑ins and freezers, and stock merchandise.
• Provide courteous customer service and help with product selection.
• Follow health, sanitation, and safety procedures and opening/closing duties.
