Responsibilities

• Assists with production for all Prepared Foods venues.
• Ensures prepared foods are labeled, dated, covered, rotated.
• Checks product meets WFM guidelines for quality and prep.
• Documents waste and spoilage using forms.
• Uses correct measuring devices and follows recipes.
• Helps customers understand WFM vs conventional products.
• Maintains clean walk-ins and freezers.
• Arrives on time and attends trainings.
• Delivers excellent customer service and uses suggestive selling.
• Maximizes sales through proper prep, storage, rotation, stocking, merchandising.
• Follows health, sanitation, and safety procedures.
• Maintains sanitary working/shopping environment; keeps equipment clean.
• Performs opening, mid, and closing duties; checks signs/pricing accuracy.
• Reports safety hazards and violations immediately.
