Qualifications

• Minimum of five years of experience in similar roles, preferably in food production.
• Strong knowledge in Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and HACCP systems.
• Proven experience in menu and operational process management.

Responsibilities

• Design and adjust recipes and processes for scaling across all clubs.
• Conduct sensory evaluations and gather consumer feedback.
• Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and GMP.
