Qualifications

• Retail leadership experience with supervisory responsibilities.
• Experience managing profitability, labor, and inventory.
• Food safety certification or willingness to obtain within 6 months.
• Strong customer service and team-building skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and email.

Responsibilities

• Holds ATLs, supervisors and Team Members accountable for delivering outstanding customer service.
• Builds a positive work environment of outstanding teamwork, mutual respect and morale.
• Makes hiring and separation decisions.
• Accounts for sales, purchasing, and labor targets.
• Maintains product assortment, merchandising, and inventory control.
• Collaborates with department leaders and with vendors.
• Maintains knowledge of competitors and industry trends.
• Sets and achieves high standards of retail execution.
• Directs Team Members to satisfy and delight customers; responds to needs.
• Provides timely performance evaluations.
• Communicates WFM vision and goals.
