Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead prepared foods team across departments to deliver the business plan and member experience.
• Maintain knowledge of floor and backroom operations, ensuring quality, inventory, sanitation, safety, and compliance.
• Utilize digital tools and handheld tech to plan, train, and monitor production and product quality.
• Ensure staffing, housekeeping, and audit/compliance standards are met; support cross-department coordination.
