Walmart’s Sam's Club in Columbia, SC is seeking a Prepared Foods and Café Department Lead to drive sales, supervise a team of hourly associates, and ensure excellence in prepared foods and café operations. You will model expertise, collaborate with other leaders, and uphold company standards for quality, inventory, sanitation, and compliance.

The role emphasizes leadership, training, and hands-on management to deliver excellent member experiences and meet the club’s business objectives.

Qualifications

• 6 months experience in a fresh production department or 6 months experience supervising a team.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Food Handler Certification - Certification (preferred)

Responsibilities

• Lead the prepared foods and café team to meet business goals and maintain high service standards.
• Supervise hourly associates, coordinate shifts, and ensure safety and compliance in all areas.
• Collaborate with other leaders to ensure the club runs smoothly and delivers on member expectations.
• Leverage digital tools and training to improve operations, product quality, and the member experience.
