Job summary

Qualifications

• No prior retail experience required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to stand and perform tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Washes, rinses, and sanitizes dishes, pots, pans, utensils, and small wares.
• Maintains cleanliness of floors, mats, drains, walls, and shelves in the kitchen area.
• Assists with kitchen deliveries including proper storage, organization, and rotation of products.
• Arrives to work station on time, appropriately groomed, dressed and ready to work; works all scheduled shifts and attends required trainings and meetings.
• Provides excellent customer service, addresses needs of customers in a timely and effective manner and models suggestive selling techniques; answers phones and pages promptly and courteously.
• Maximizes sales potential through proper prep, storage, rotating, stocking, and merchandising of product.
• Follows and complies with established procedures including health and safety regulations.
• Maintains a clean and sanitary working and shopping environment; maintains equipment.
• Performs opening, mid, and closing duties; ensures pricing accuracy; reports safety hazards.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
