Responsibilities

• Cuts, prepares, and serves hot and cold foods including sandwiches, burritos, wraps, salads, and pizzas.
• Samples products to customers and provides friendly, courteous service.
• Stocks cases and displays with prepared foods and rotates stock for freshness.
• Maintains cleanliness and safety standards per health regulations and SOPs.
• Completes required worksheets for spoilage, temperature, and inventory checks.
• Supports Team Leader in organizing displays and seasonal items.
• Operates opening, mid, and closing routines and ensures accurate signs/pricing.
• Responds to customer needs promptly and uses suggestive selling to maximize sales.
