Responsibilities

• Prepares food items for the cold case, fresh pack, salad, and hot bars according to production sheets.
• Prepares food items according to recipe to ensure quality and consistency.
• Ensures labels, dating, coverage, quality, freshness, and rotation of items.
• Monitors food levels and replenishes in a timely manner.
• Attends scheduled shifts and trainings; provides courteous service to customers and Team Members.
• Models suggestive selling and answers phones promptly and courteously.
• Maximizes sales through proper prep, storage, rotation, stocking, and merchandising.
• Follows health, sanitation, and safety procedures; maintains clean work areas and equipment.
• Performs opening, mid, and closing duties; ensures accurate signage and pricing.
• Reports safety hazards and follows directions from leadership.
• Performs other duties as assigned by store, regional, or national leadership.
