Responsibilities

• Prepares food items for the cold case, fresh pack, salad, and hot bars according to production sheets.
• Prepares items per recipe to ensure quality and consistency.
• Labels, dates, covers, and rotates items for freshness.
• Monitors levels and replenishes timely.
• Provides excellent customer service and uses suggestive selling when appropriate.
• Maximizes sales through proper prep, storage, rotation, stocking, and merchandising.
• Follows procedures including health, sanitation, and safety standards.
• Keeps a clean, sanitary work and shopping environment; maintains equipment and freezers.
• Performs opening, mid, and closing duties and checks pricing signs.
• Reports safety hazards and violations; performs other duties as assigned.
