Responsibilities

• Prepares food items for cold case, fresh pack, salad, and hot bars per production sheets.
• Prepares food items according to recipe to ensure quality and consistency.
• Labels, dates, covers, and ensures freshness and rotation of items.
• Monitors food levels and replenishes as needed.
• Provide excellent customer service and assist customers and teammates.
• Maximize sales through proper prep, storage, rotation, and merchandising.
• Follow safety, sanitation, and Weights & Measures procedures.
• Maintain clean, sanitary work and shopping environment; manage equipment safely.
• Perform opening, mid, and closing duties and verify signs and pricing.
• Report safety hazards promptly.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
