You will stock, replenish, provide friendly customer service, and help maintain sanitary, safe work areas; you may assist with opening, mid, or closing duties and collaborate with team to meet company goals.

Qualifications

• Experience in food preparation and handling in a retail environment.
• Ability to follow recipes and standard operating procedures.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment with urgency.

Responsibilities

• Prepares food items for the cold case, fresh pack, salad, and hot bars per production sheets.
• Labels, dates, covers, and rotates items; monitors quality and freshness.
• Replenishes food levels in a timely manner.
• Attends shifts on time; participates in trainings and meetings.
• Provides courteous customer service and assists with phones and requests.
• Maximizes sales through proper prep, storage, rotation, and merchandising.
• Follows procedures including health, safety, weights and measures.
• Maintains clean and sanitary work/shopping environment and equipment.
• Performs opening, mid, and closing duties; checks signs and pricing.
• Reports safety hazards and incidents immediately.
• Performs other duties as assigned by leadership.
