Responsibilities

• Prepare food items for cold case, fresh pack, salad, and hot bars according to recipes.
• Label, date, monitor quality and freshness; rotate items.
• Monitor levels and replenish as needed.
• Provide excellent customer service and upsell appropriately.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety in work area and equipment.
• Perform opening, mid, and closing duties; ensure accurate pricing and signage.
• Report safety hazards and assist with other duties as assigned.
