Sam's Club in Novi, MI is seeking a Prepared Foods and Café Department Lead to supervise hourly associates, drive sales, and deliver high-quality meals for our members. You will model expertise in prepared foods operations and collaborate with other leaders to meet the total club expectations.

Responsibilities include team leadership across caf, rotisserie, and fresh areas, ensuring compliance with safety and sanitation standards, and leveraging digital tools to optimize production and service.

Qualifications

• 6 months experience in a fresh production department or supervising a team.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Food Handler Certification (Food Safety) preferred.

Responsabilités

• Lead and supervise the prepared foods team to meet sales and quality goals.
• Ensure department safety, sanitation, and compliance with company policies.
• Coordinate with other departments and partners to ensure product availability.
• Train and develop associates, manage scheduling and performance.
• Utilize handheld tech to drive sales and improve the member experience.
