Responsibilities

• Assist with production for all Prepared Foods venues.
• Label, date, initial, cover and rotate products properly.
• Ensure product quality meets WFM guidelines.
• Document waste and spoilage using forms.
• Follow recipes and use correct measuring devices.
• Help customers understand WFM products vs. conventional stores.
• Keep walk-ins and freezers clean and organized.
• Arrive on time, groomed, and ready for shifts and trainings.
• Provide excellent customer service and respond to phones courteously.
• Maximize sales through proper prep, storage, rotation, stocking and merchandising.
• Follow health, sanitation, and safety procedures and report hazards.
