Funeral Directors Life is seeking a Funeral Preplanning Specialist to meet families in the Joshua, TX area and guide them through prepaid funeral planning, walking them through each step of the process.

You will work with leads, enjoy base pay plus uncapped commissions and bonuses, and receive industry-leading training. This role emphasizes high ethical standards and service to families.

Qualifications

• Texas Life Insurance License highly preferred.
• Funeral industry experience highly preferred.
• Ethical approach to sales.
• Proven track record of sales success.
• Self-motivated and proactive.
• Excellent problem identification and resolution skills.
• Excellent verbal communication skills.
• Intermediate knowledge of MS Office.
• Comfortable working with user-friendly sales software and CRM software.
• Able to collaborate with others and work as part of a team.
• Good planning and organizational skills.
• Creative and innovative – someone who will take initiative and ownership in their role.
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Meet with families daily in Joshua, TX to plan prepaid funeral wishes.
• Walk families through the planning process step by step.
• Utilize provided leads and CRM to manage sales activities.
• Attend ongoing training and development.
