Job summary

Precoa is partnering with Broussard's Mortuary to hire an Advance Funeral Planner in Texas. You’ll close pre-set appointments, earning a competitive, uncapped income by helping families plan final arrangements with qualified leads and comprehensive marketing support.

You’ll benefit from lead generation programs, a supportive team, and resources to build relationships. A life insurance license (or ability to obtain one) is required, with bilingual English/Spanish preferred.

Qualifications

• Current life insurance license or ability to obtain one.
• 5+ years consultative sales experience is a bonus.
• Strong interpersonal sales abilities, listening skills and relationship development skills.
• Ability to effectively close pre-set appointments.
• Excellent listening and persuasion skills, lead generation, and networking abilities.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Close pre-set appointments to earn competitive compensation.
• Represent Broussard's Mortuary through Precoa's lead generation and marketing programs in meetings with clients lasting around 90 minutes.
• Work with a dedicated team of 50+ agents who set appointments and help you understand your clients.
• Focus on connecting with clients to plan their final wishes and provide peace of mind for loved ones.
