Chick-fil-A in Jacksonville, AL is seeking a Prep Team Member to support kitchen operations in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. You will prep, assemble, and present items safely, rotate stock using FIFO, and help maintain a clean, well-organized kitchen.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years of age.
• Available to work Fridays and Saturdays, including night shifts on those days.
• Cheerful and reliable; customer-service oriented.
• Loves serving others; strong interpersonal skills.
• Ability to stand for long periods and stay on task.
• Willing to work a flexible schedule.

Responsibilities

• Prepare Bulk Produce Items.
• Prepare, Assemble, and Present prep items safely, quickly and efficiently meeting Chick-fil-A standards.
• Rotate produce properly utilizing FIFO.
• Stock kitchen inventory as needed.
• Keep the kitchen neat, clean and orderly at all times.
• Keep up-to-date with new products rolled out by Chick-fil-A.
• Work safely around kitchen equipment and report any maintenance issues to Leadership.
• Maintain personal knowledge by completing in-house training and stay up-to-date on any changes.
• Complete all opening or closing tasks as assigned.
• Adhere to Chick-fil-A rules and dress code at all times.
• Other duties as assigned.

Prep Team Member Responsibilities

• Prepare Bulk Produce Items
